A one to one session is for those who would like a more personal touch or a little more support. If you haven’t exercised for a while a few one to one sessions can help to build confidence before joining a class.
A one to one session can provide an individually tailored fitness programme. There may be specific goals you would like to work towards. Or there may be specific health issues that make a group session unsuitable for you. Or a busy work schedule may make it impossible to attend the normal groups.A one to one session may be a more appropriate choice if there are particular needs such as mobility issues, being a wheelchair user, visual impairment, or learning difficulties. Carers or service providers can be guided to encourage appropriate movement during the week to support the fitness of their client.
